Posture Balancing

Many physical aches and pains could be posture-related.  Some common examples are migraine headaches, lower back pain, and plantar fasciitis.  Allowing your posture to return to a state of balance is easy and it's what your body is crying out for if you are in pain. 

I have been trained to evaluate your posture and teach you how to correct any existing imbalances through a series of stretches.  This takes about the same amount of time as a massage. This session arms you with the ability to help yourself.  These methods are noninvasive and have a proven success rate.
